Sarah Nisilevitz shall not be held responsible for any damage directly or indirectly caused to the user’s hardware when accessing the www.saracrea.com website, either due to using hardware that does not meet the specifications stated in point 4, or due to the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Sarah Nisilevitz will neither be responsible for indirect damages (for example, a market loss or an opportunity loss) resulted from the use of the www.nextep.design website.

Sarah Nisilevitz reserves the right to withdraw, without prior notice, any content in the area deemed inappropriate to the applicable legislation in France, in particular to the provisions on data protection. 7. Personal Data Management.

In France, personal data is notably protected by the law n° 78-87 of January 6th, 1978, the law n° 2004-801 of August 6th, 2004, the article L. 226-13 of the Penal code and the European Directive of October 24th, 1995.

On the occasion of the use of the www.nextep.design website, are notably taken in the following data: the Internet URL address of the links through which the user reached the www.nextep.design website, the provider access of the user, the Internet browser of the user, the address of Internet protocol (IP) of the user.
